As founder of Inception and Head of our Compliance practice, our CEO is a certified C|CISO, ISC2 CC, FEMA IC, IAM, and AI Security practitioner leading by example. He guides the Discovery and Compliance Services, while overseeing SOCaaS implementations.

He brings more than four decades of experience across a wide range of industries including Oil & Gas, Mining, Military, Law Enforcement, Airports, and Power Generation Distribution, throughout MEA, ASEAN, and the Pacific region.

Within ASEAN he has supported UN Humanitarian delivery initiatives for AUSAid, USAID, UNICEF, UNDP, and multiple regional government agencies, coordinating successful project deliveries and ensuring security integrations.

Commitment to Continuous Development and Training

Recognizing that cybersecurity risks and the required skills to address these evolve rapidly, Inception allocates 15% of all engineers and analysts time to training, research & personal development.

Looking to the future, we have created our own training program combining the EC Council Scholarship program, EC Council’s CODERED initiative, ISC2’s CC & GRC programs, a university’s BSc Cyber scholarship initiative, and two leading cybersecurity vendors engineering training programs.

Through the addition of hands-on internships, Inception is developing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals, tomorrow’s guardians, today.
